Note: Winter Fayre is a closed school only community event and is not open to the general public.

Below is our “wishlist”. We can only run all the large activities through the support and generosity of sponsors.
We are a 501(c)(3) non profit, so all donations are tax deductible!

Our ever popular Raffle Baskets will be back for 2026! Below are the themes for this year’s Winter Fayre baskets. If you would like to donate items to the raffle baskets please contact us!

We welcome donations from businesses and families!
If you would like to donate a whole raffle basket of any kind please let us know.
We are also happy to shop for you if you would like to make a financial donation!

Donations over $50 will be recognized on our PTO website!
We would like to have the baskets on display from Monday 16th November!
Please consider donating before Wednesday 11th November to maximize raffle ticket selling time and advertising of sponsored donations!
Secret Santa/ Kids Shopping Zone Donations!
The Secret Santa shopping zone gives kids a chance to shop and kid friendly prices! Items should be new or nearly new!
Ideas:
- Small toys, unwanted gifts, board games – all age ranges
- Holiday items – decorations, ornaments, boxes etc
- Home decor – picture frames, candles etc
- DIY (Do it yourself) – Mug with Hot Chocolate, small jar filled with Candy etc
- Nothing sharp or perishable, & please no nuts!
“Plushy Lucky Dip” Donations!
New this year!
Do you have plushies that are new or nearly new that need a new home? We are looking for donations for our “Plushy Lucky Dip”! Plushies should be clean and in very good condition!
All donations can receive an in-kind tax deduction receipt please fill in this form.
Items can be dropped off from Monday 2nd November!

- Tables will cost $50 for 1, $70 for 2, for all for-profit vendors. We have different rates available for non-profit organizations.
- Please note the school is a nut free school, so please do not bring anything containing nuts!

- We will send you the payment details no later than on November 6th, 2026.
- Please complete your registration by paying the vendor fee by November 13th, 2026.

We’re looking for enthusiastic volunteers to join our Winter Fayre Team!
If you’d like to help organize one of our favorite community events of the year, we’d love to hear from you now! Contact us here!
Current BIS Houston Parents/ Staff are welcome! And if you are a High School Student wanting to lead a project please let us know!
We are looking for:
- Santa’s Grotto co-ordinator – We have the layout and a plan but need someone to help set up and lead on the day!
- Vendor Market Lead – Someone to work with current market vendor lead to direct people on the day!
- Secret Santa/ Kids Shopping Zone Lead – Take the lead on sorting out donations, and run the zone on the day!
- Games Lead – Help sort out and set up existing PTO games (not inflatables) and help run volunteer the games zone with other volunteers on the day.
- Craft Lead – Help sort out (pre-fayre) and set up the craft tables, and help run the tables with other volunteers on the day.
We will have a Winter Fayre kick off meeting at the PTO Monthly coffee on Friday 11th September!
We will of course need many volunteers on the day! Watch out for a SignUp Genius closer to the time!
