How many tables will you need? Each table is 6 feet long and about 3 feet wide. The number of tables you request may not be guaranteed on the day as space is limited but we will keep this in mind, if the space allows. Only countries with 20 plus families will be allowed 3 tables this year.

Do you need a table against a wall or a backdrop? We have limited options for providing a backdrop or wall upon which to hang flags, pictures, etc. We cannot guarantee provision of these items.

Please list the equipment for which you need the electrical outlets. This is a mandatory field. A reminder that portable transformers and open flames are prohibited. Please bear this in mind when planning for this event.

The PTO will provide plastic gloves for serving, food containers, utensils, and napkins. Please indicate which items you will need.
