- It will take place on Friday 6th February throughout the school day.
- This page will be updated as we know more information!

SET-UP AND TIMING
Thursday, 5 February – Set-Up
- Silver Gym: 2:00–5:30 pm
- Gold Gym: 3:30–5:30 pm
Friday, 6 February
- 6:30 am: School opens for set-up
- You may briefly use the bus lane area to drop off items.
- All cars must be moved by 7:45 am before buses arrive.
- SUVs/trucks: please park in the grassy area
- Cars: please park in Parent Parking (see map below)
- 9:00 am – 2:00 pm: Students rotate through food and displays (see school email)
- 12:00 pm – 2:00 pm: Cultural performances in Gold Gym. Come take your seats on the Bleachers.
- 2:00 pm: Students leave the gyms; you may begin taking down displays but you might leave it all for after parade so you can enjoy it fully, it is going to be spectacular (please finish after the parade)
- 2:15 pm: Move to the track area for the Flag Parade
- 2:30 pm: Flag Parade begins
Final gyms layout maps are attached. Please note that no layout changes can be made at this time.
NUTS & FOOD LABELLING (VERY IMPORTANT)
All food items must have a full ingredient list clearly displayed.
Please remember that, due to school policy, we cannot allow any food that:
- contains nuts
- may contain nuts
- is produced in a nut facility
This applies to food offered to both students and parents. We know this is restrictive, but it is a strict school policy and must be followed.

If you have sponsors supporting your table, performance, or activities, please complete the In-Kind Donation form so we can acknowledge them on our website (if they wish to be publicised).

PASSPORT STAMPS / STICKERS
We will provide generic passport stamps for all tables.
You are welcome to bring country-specific stamps or stickers if you wish.
Please ensure they are approximately 0.5 inches in size so they do not cover other countries on the passport.
FLAGS
The list of selected students for the Flag Parade was sent out yesterday.
Countries are also welcome to bring their own flags for the parade.
Please ensure:
- The correct official flag is used
- No political symbols or messages are included
This is a school event, and neutrality is essential.

Please let us know what your country needs for table set up from the PTO, so we can build the lay out plan and get required items. There are limited supplies, and limited space.
This year we will only allow 3 tables for the larger communities at school. Thank you for your understanding.

We are looking for a variety of lively cultural performances from different countries around the world!
The performances will run from 12pm – 2pm over students lunch breaks in the Gold Gym!
There are limited spots.

The Flag Parade will take place on the Track/ Astro Turf.
One flag will be provided by school for each country. Please fill out the form if you would like your child to have the opportunity to carry the school flag. If more than one student selects the same country the name will be randomly drawn.
All students may bring in their own flag to carry! Please do not send in political flags.

FOR LOGOS TO BE DISPLAYED AT SCHOOL ON SCREENS & ON THE PTO WEBSITE PLEASE SUBMIT DETAILS BY MONDAY 2ND FEBRUARY.
- Set up on Thursday 5th February, afternoon 2pm – 5pm (TBC), and from 7am on Friday 6th February.
- Everything should be ready to go for 8.30am on the Friday.
- Kids will rotate through (come back for specific year group times) from 9am to 1.30pm.
- There will be a parade of flags at 2pm, more information coming soon!
